SYSTEM MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION

System management:

NRGproject is capable of assuming complete leadership of project companies. Usually, this may include

• Complete plant operation;
• Business support for and management of the project company;
• Taking responsibility for necessary maintenance, repair and service work.

Operational plant operation:

Plant operation includes daily "running" of the plant, i.e.:

• Purchase, logistics and receipt of fuel as well as its preparation;
• Fuel handling and loading;
• Ongoing plant support, adjustment and supervision;
• Handling fuel suppliers and
• Service providers required for the ongoing maintenance and service work.

Usually, plant operating companies are staffed by several employees entrusted with daily plant operation that we can supply or manage.
